INSIDEOUT
InsideOut is a graphic novel with an abstract narrative: a galactic adventure set in a futuristic rusted universe where the ‘Inside’ imaginary world of the characters comes ‘Out’ and takes over reality. Populated with bizarre post-humans, androids and abstract entities, the story unfolds without words through visual connections. The cold technological artifacts appear imperfect, precarious and humanized. The drawing style is extremely accurate and sketchy, at the same time. The constant paradox between tendency to perfection and failure highlights the beauty and the strength of human fragility.
